How do I set up my Toniebox?
The one-time set up of your Toniebox is the first step towards many, many hours of fun! There are two ways to set up your Toniebox, using the mytonies app or my.tonies.com/setup. To complete set up, you will need a 2.4GHz WiFi connection, your Toniebox, and the Toniebox Charging Station. Let's get started!
What age is Tonie Box suitable for?
The Toniebox was designed for independent play by little ones ages three and older. The songs and stories on our Tonies figurines are perfect for ages 0-10. Although some audio is perfect for younger children, those under 3 years old should only use Tonie Box and characters under adult supervision.
How do I charge the Tonie Box?
The Toniebox will let you know in good time before its battery runs out. That's why we recommend waiting until the Toniebox gives you the signal that your battery is running low. This allows you to ensure the battery is almost completely flat before it is recharged. This suits the type of battery being used and favours a long lifespan.
That means that you only need to place the Toniebox on the charging station when it tells you to. The Toniebox can also be operated while it is on the charging station without a hitch.
To reach full charge, the Toniebox should be left on the charging station for 3-4 hours.
How do I clean the Toniebox?
The Toniebox was designed to withstand children's play and sometimes may get dirty. We recommend using a damp microfiber cloth with mild soap to clean your Toniebox. Avoid using solvents, chlorides and chemical cleaning agents on your Toniebox. We also do not recommend putting your Toniebox in a dishwasher. Little footprints left by the Tonies on the plastic top of the Toniebox can be removed using a plain-colored eraser (or Magic Eraser) then wiping clean with a damp microfiber cloth.
Make sure to remove your Toniebox from it's charging station before you clean and do not leave your Toniebox near a heat source for long periods.
How much is home delivery?
- Standard Tracked - FREE for orders over £40 (£3.95 for orders under £40)
- Express Tracked - £4.95
- Next Working Day delivery via DHL (UK mainland only) - £5.95 orders must be placed before 3pm
- Saturday Delivery via DHL (UK mainland only) - £13.95 orders must be placed before 3pm
- International Delivery - the delivery charge will be calculated in the basket based on the weight of the order.
Standard Tracked and Express Tracked are delivered using Royal Mail.
When will I get my order?
- Orders placed before 3pm are dispatched the same day Monday - Friday, during peak periods this may be slower. For priority processing select Express Tracked
- Orders placed after 3pm will be dispatched the following day
- Orders placed after 3pm on a Friday will be dispatched the following Monday
- Orders for Next Working Day delivery via DHL must be placed before 3pm
- International orders will be dispatched as above, delivery times will vary dependent on destination.
