How long will dispatch take?

We love to get your goodies out on their way to you as soon as we can, and aim to dispatch everything within 24 hours.

Orders placed before 3.15pm are dispatched same day Mon - Fri providing stock is available.

If there is likely to be a delay with your order we will contact you to let you know.

How are my orders sent?

We use Royal Mail for most of our deliveries, and everything we send is with a tracked service- peace of mind for you that your order will arrive safely!

Our orders as sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 as standard.

We also offer Royal Mail 24 as a delivery option on all orders, and this carries a charge of £2.95

We also offer a Next Day Courier service via DPD at a rate of £6.95 (mainland UK only)

If you parcel is super large (lots of goodies!) we will send it via DPD courier. This is free of charge to mainland UK addresses. Northern Ireland, Highlands and UK Islands will incur a charge which is calculated on order weight.

Our shopping cart should calculate everything correctly for you, however sometimes things do go wrong and we will contact you in the event that this occurs to offer you the correct shipping fee.

Where orders contain pre-ordered items, the entire order will be shipped only once all items are available. Please place orders separately if you need other items urgently.


Please note that parcels delivered the Royal Mail 24 service are delivered the following day in 95% of cases. However, by Royal Mail standards, these parcel can take up to 14 working days to be delivered.

How much is postage?

Postage is charged at a standard rate £2.45 for UK orders under £25. If your order is over that amount, your order will be sent for FREE!

Do you deliver Worldwide?

Yes we do. The shopping cart will automatically calculate the appropriate shipping method and a price based on your carts contents. If it displays that no delivery method is valid, please Contact us and we will provide a quotation via email.

Note that there are some brand restrictions on shipping internationally. If your basket won't complete to checkout this is the probable cause. Restricted brands include: Grapat, Wobbel and Sawdust & Rainbows

Please note that parcels delivered using Royal Mail International service, by Royal Mail standards can take up to 21 working days to be delivered.

Returns policy

If you’re a customer in the EEA, you get 14 days to cancel your order with us for a full refund (inclusive of any postage paid at time of order). This two week period starts from the day after you receive your order (or from the day after you receive the last item of your order). You’ll need to write to us with notice of your cancellation.

If for any reason you change your mind and decide that you no longer want the items that were delivered to you, we will accept them back, unworn/ unwashed and in saleable condition within 30 working days of delivery, and you will receive a full refund. Note: you are responsible for return delivery charges.

Replacing a Faulty Item:

Occasionally you may experience a fault with your item. Please complete the form below if you have a faulty item and we will be happy to assist you.

How do I return an item?

You are responsible for the return postage and package costs unless an item is faulty or was received in error, and it is always strongly recommended that you get a certificate of posting (these are free of charge) from the Post Office, as should the items not reach us you will be able to claim compensation from Royal Mail.

We will not be able to refund/replace items should they fail to reach us.
