We hope you're happy with your order from The Kid Collective, but if for any reason you decide your purchase isn't right for you, you can return unwanted items up to 30 working days after delivery for a full refund. You are responsible for the cost of return delivery charges.

If you’re a customer in the European Economic Area (EEA), you are entitled to 14 days to cancel your whole order with us for a full refund (inclusive of any postage paid at time of order). This two week period starts from the day after you receive your order (or from the day after you receive the last item of your order). You’ll need to write to us with notice of your cancellation.
How do I return an item?
Please carefully re-package your items, don't forget to include your name, the order/invoice number and details of whether the items are to be exchanged or refunded. You can use your dispatch note for this purpose if you are returning your whole order.

Please note, you are responsible for the postage and packaging costs for your return, unless an item is faulty or was received in error. We strongly recommended that you get a certificate of posting (these are free of charge) from the Post Office, as should the items not reach us you will be able to claim compensation from Royal Mail. We will not be able to refund/replace items should they fail to reach us.
