Returns policy

We hope you're happy with your order from The Kid Collective, but if for any reason you decide your purchase isn't right for you, you can return unwanted items up to a whopping 100 days after delivery.

Here's the breakdown:

  • return your goods to us within 30 days for a full refund
  • return your goods to us between 31-100 days for a full credit note

Returned items must:

  • Be unused and in their original condition (including all packaging and tags intact)
  • Be unwashed/unworn and in a saleable condition.

Unless the goods were faulty you will be responsible for the cost of return delivery charges.

If you’re a customer in the European Economic Area (EEA), you are entitled to 14 days to cancel your whole order with us for a full refund (inclusive of any postage paid at time of order). This two week period starts from the day after you receive your order (or from the day after you receive the last item of your order). You’ll need to write to us with notice of your cancellation.

Can I exchange an item?

Should you wish to swap your item for something else, you will need to return the item to us, as above and you will be issued a refund. You may re-order the item(s) that you wanted separately. We are unable to process direct exchanges.

How do I return an item?

Please carefully re-package your items, don't forget to include your name, the order/invoice number and details of whether the items are to be exchanged or refunded. You can use your dispatch note for this purpose if you are returning your whole order.

Please note that returns and refunds may take up to 30 days for internal processing.

Please note, you are responsible for the postage and packaging costs for your return, unless an item is faulty or was received in error. We strongly recommended that you get a certificate of posting (these are free of charge) from the Post Office, as should the items not reach us you will be able to claim compensation from Royal Mail. We will not be able to refund/replace items should they fail to reach us.

How do I get a faulty item replaced?

Occasionally you may experience a fault with your item. Please complete the form below if you have a faulty item and we will be happy to assist you.

Please do not return your item to us until we have contacted you. For faulty items we will send you a link for a Free Returns service.

Within 30 days a replacement or refund will be offered, outside of 30 days a Credit Note or replacement will be issued.
