Ways to play:

FIND THE BALANCE!

  • Stand up straight,  
  • Feet are parallel to each other. 
  • Lift your foot up at a right angle. 
  • Rise your hands parallel to the ground. 
  • Keep the balance for 10 seconds.

SQUAT LIKE A BOSS! 

  • Stand up straight, 
  • Feet are shoulder-width apart. 
  • Gently squat at a right angle. 
  • Rise your hands to help you keep balance.  
  • If you’re able to drop below 90 degrees (break parallel), 
  • then you start to activate the large musculature on  the backside of your body.

RIDE THE WAVE! 

  • Stand up straight,  
  • Feet are parallel to each other. 
  • Start to gently roll from your heel to the toe. And vice versa. 
  • Repeat «the wave» 15-20 times."

LUCKY JUMP!

  • Squat as a frog. 
  • Feet are turned outward. 
  • Jump on the mats and have fun!

STRAIGHT FOR THE STARS!

  • Stand up straight,  
  • Feet are parallel to each other. 
  • Rise hands above your head. 
  • Gently roll on your toes and pull yourself up. Try a little jumping. 
  • Repeat 10 times. 
  • In the end, on the exhale, lean down and pull your hands down.

FOLLOW YOUR DREAMS!

  • Stand up straight,  
  • Feet are parallel to each other. 
  • Start to walk with straight legs. 
  • Put each heel in front of the toe. 
  • Walk as on one line.

JUMP TO THE LIGHT SIDE!

  • Stand up straight. 
  • Jump with both feet to the right and then to the left side in a quick, repetitive movement. 
  • Repeat 10-20 times.

How much is home delivery?

  • Standard Tracked - FREE for orders over £40  (£3.95 for orders under £40)
  • Express Tracked - £4.95
  • Next Working Day delivery via DHL (UK mainland only)  - £5.95 orders must be placed before 3pm
  • Saturday Delivery via DHL (UK mainland only) - £13.95 orders must be placed before 3pm
  • International Delivery - the delivery charge will be calculated in the basket based on the weight of the order.

Standard Tracked and Express Tracked are delivered using Royal Mail. 

When will I get my order?

  • Orders placed before 3pm are dispatched the same day Monday - Friday, during peak periods this may be slower. For priority processing select Express Tracked
  • Orders placed after 3pm will be dispatched the following day 
  • Orders placed after 3pm on a Friday will be dispatched the following Monday
  • Orders for Next Working Day delivery via DHL must be placed before 3pm 
  • International orders will be dispatched as above, delivery times will vary dependent on destination.
