Safely learn the essential skill of fire lighting with the Fire On A Plate Kit from The Den Kit Company.

Fire steel and kapok tinder balls are used to start the flames, and the enamel plate will contain the fire and the ground underneath won't get scorched. The materials have been chosen for success in young hands while safely lighting a fire without losing the fun element.

The kit comes in a hessian bag and includes:

• 20cm diameter Falcon enamel plate
• Robust and weatherproof fire steel with a 9cm ferrocerium rod
• 250ml metal tin to store dry tinder
• Natural kapok balls and wood shavings to use as tinder
• Essential guide to safe fire lighting

THIS IS NOT A TOY. Not suitable for children under the age of 8, adult supervision required at all times. Only use one kapok ball at a time.

How much is home delivery?

• Standard UK delivery via Royal Mail Tracked 48 - FREE for orders over £25  (£2.45 for orders under £25)
• Royal Mail Tracked 24 - £2.95
• Next Working Day delivery via DPD (UK mainland only)  - £6.95 orders must be placed before 1pm
• International Delivery - the delivery charge will be calculated in the basket based on the weight of the order.

When will I get my order?

• Orders placed before 3pm are dispatched the same day Monday - Friday
• Orders placed after 3pm will be dispatched the following day Monday - Thursday
• Orders placed after 3pm on a Friday will be dispatched the following Monday
• Orders for Next Working Day delivery via DPD must be placed before 1pm Monday - Thursday
• International orders will be dispatched as above, delivery times will vary dependent on destination.
