Q: What are Miniland Dolls made of?
A: Miniland dolls are handmade in Europe from premium quality soft vinyl.

Q: Do the head and limbs move?
A: Miniland Dolls have articulated heads, arms and legs that can full rotate, allowing your doll to sit, stand or lie down

Q: Which size should I get?
A: Miniland dolls come in either a 21cm or a 38cm size. The 21cm have no hair, making them a great choice for younger toddlers. The 38cm dolls have luscious hair so are great for children over 3 years who can care for and style the hair more easily.

Q: Why do your dolls have names? I haven't seen that anywhere else
A: Here at The Kid Collective we celebrate individuality and ethnic diversity and to strengthen the message of inclusivity our dolls have names not labels. Our team lovingly names each doll in house when they are added to our collection.

Q: Can I wash my Miniland doll?
A: Miniland Dolls are washable and it will not affect their quality or durability, however note that they are not airtight so submerging in water is not recommended.

Delivery

How much is home delivery?

Standard Tracked - FREE for orders over £40 (£3.95 for orders under £40)
Express Tracked - £4.95
Next Working Day delivery via DHL (UK mainland only) - £5.95 orders must be placed before 3pm
Saturday Delivery via DHL (UK mainland only) - £13.95 orders must be placed before 3pm
International Delivery - the delivery charge will be calculated in the basket based on the weight of the order.

Standard Tracked and Express Tracked are delivered using Royal Mail.

When will I get my order?

Orders placed before 3pm are dispatched the same day Monday - Friday, during peak periods this may be slower. For priority processing select Express Tracked
Orders placed after 3pm will be dispatched the following day
Orders placed after 3pm on a Friday will be dispatched the following Monday
Orders for Next Working Day delivery via DHL must be placed before 3pm
International orders will be dispatched as above, delivery times will vary dependent on destination.
