Part Time Admin Assistant

We are currently seeking a Part Time Admin  Assistant to join our team.

Founded in 2008 our company has grown into a popular resource for eco-friendly baby products in the retail sector, and we sell via 4 online platforms.

The role

As a small team our roles vary from day to day and changes regularly as we continue to expand

The role includes, but is not limited to:
  • Order processing (including both admin and packing)
  • Order input
  • Customer service
  • Taking phone calls and contacting customers
  • Purchase Order creation
  • Assisting the Marketing team
  • Product listing creation
  • General Admin 
  • Plus opportunities to work in business growth for the right candidate 

21 Hours per week as follows:

Monday - 9:30am - 4:30pm

Tuesday - 9:30am - 4:30pm

Wednesday - 9:30am - 4:30pm

(hours, total number of hours and week days may be negotiable for the right person)

Successful candidate should have:

  • A warm, friendly, energetic personality
  • Confident telephone manner
  • Excellent level of PC competency
  • Good level of communication skills at all levels, particularly written.
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to take initiative and organise own tasks, with an excellent level of motivation
  • Experience and knowledge of our product ranges preferred
  • Experience of Photoshop preferred
  • A positive attitude
