What is My Busy Bag?
My Busy Bag is the perfect companion for little ones for travelling, trips out, and more. We’ve curated the ideal activity packs by handpicking each item for each theme and age range. All you need to do is select the right bag for your little one.
How can I adjust the straps on the Busy Bag?
Simply undo the knot and retie at a length that is ideal for your child. Feel free to cut the excess off or retain it to allow the bag to grow with your child.
Can I wash My Busy Bag?
Our bags are not machine washable, however they can be spot cleaned with a damp cloth.
What are the ingredients of the included snacks?

Do I have to buy a Busy Bag for the specific age of my child?
If you believe that your child could benefit from items intended for an age group higher than their own, such as if you have a 2-year-old who is advanced, then it is up to your discretion to purchase a Busy Bag from the 3-5-year-old range.
Our age categories serve as a guide only, indicating what we believe would be suitable for children of a particular age. However, we must emphasise that if you choose to purchase an older age Bag for a younger child, this decision is entirely up to you, and we recommend that parental supervision be exercised at ALL TIMES.
Why do some items in the 2-3 year pack have a 3+ year age restriction on them?
Age range is a suggestion only. Your bag may contain some items suitable for 3+ and we recommend you check each product before giving them to your child. Adult supervision is recommended at all times.
Certain items have age recommendations for safety reasons. However, we will provide items such as crayons, sticker books, and activity packs in our bags because we believe they are safe with parental supervision. It is important that you exercise parental supervision with any bag you purchase from us, and that you never leave your child unsupervised with any toy or snack.
If I'm not satisfied can I return my Busy Bag?
We hope you're happy with your Busy Bag, but if you decide your purchase isn't right for you, you can return your bag provided it is in its original condition.
Hygiene and our customers’ safety are super important to us so Busy Bags must be returned in their entirety, with unopened packaging. If you, unfortunately, receive a bag with a faulty item please contact our friendly customer service team and we’ll get it sorted for you.

How much is home delivery?
- Standard Tracked - FREE for orders over £40 (£3.95 for orders under £40)
- Express Tracked - £4.95
- Next Working Day delivery via DHL (UK mainland only) - £5.95 orders must be placed before 3pm
- Saturday Delivery via DHL (UK mainland only) - £13.95 orders must be placed before 3pm
- International Delivery - the delivery charge will be calculated in the basket based on the weight of the order.
Standard Tracked and Express Tracked are delivered using Royal Mail.
When will I get my order?
- Orders placed before 3pm are dispatched the same day Monday - Friday, during peak periods this may be slower. For priority processing select Express Tracked
- Orders placed after 3pm will be dispatched the following day
- Orders placed after 3pm on a Friday will be dispatched the following Monday
- Orders for Next Working Day delivery via DHL must be placed before 3pm
- International orders will be dispatched as above, delivery times will vary dependent on destination.
